I am a highly trained Certified Personal Trainer with more than 18 years of expert experience. My accreditations include: The American Council on Exercise (ACE) the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) & Can-Fit-Pro (Fitness Specialist). I hold specialty certifications in, Lifestyle Fitness Coaching, Exercise for Special Populations, Longevity Wellness Specialist, Improving Balance for Older Adults & Exercise and Arthritis. I also work with amputees to help give them their confidence & independence back.
