Im glad I found your site. Everytime I click on a link it Oops. Im lookimng towards ;earning and becoming stronger true the good examples I am seeking as a new BK amputee. I have multiple health challenges and I have not engage in exercise for a long time now. But I want to be strong and joyfull. Thank you for stepping out to open a way for people like me.
